I wanted to share with you how I ever so slowly came to realise what a fantastic approach to health Ayurveda is. These posts will show you how to live in balance with your constitution, the seasons, your age and the environment around you. There will be daily tips, you’ll learn about the power of herbs, I’ll answer any questions you send me with a post for everyone’s benefit, and I’ll also be writing a series of posts called ‘Dancing with the Gunas’ which will demonstrate how the three gunas of sattva, rajas and tamas play out in our lives and the world around us.
